Shipping Policy
We ship within New Zealand only.
RURAL DELIVERY SURCHARGE
Please note that rural delivery addresses in New Zealand incur an additional surcharge. Our current shipping rates are:
- Urban delivery:Â NZ$5.00
- Rural delivery:Â NZ$11.00
Rural delivery is clearly indicated as a separate option at checkout. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as rural, please check with NZ Post before placing your order.
If rural delivery has not been selected for a rural address:
We understand that oversights happen, and we always assume the best! However, as a small business we are unable to absorb rural courier costs. Here is how we handle it:
- Orders under NZ$31Â (including shipping): We will refund your order in full and warmly invite you to reorder using the correct rural shipping option.
- Orders NZ$31–$60: We will contact you by email to request the rural surcharge. If we don't hear back within 4 days, we will refund your order in full.
- Orders over NZ$60: We will fulfil your order as a gesture of goodwill, and send a friendly note to help with future orders.
