Due to the nature of seeds as a living product, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at chbotanics@gmail.com. We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Please note that germination success depends on growing conditions, soil, climate, timing, and care, which are outside our control. We provide growing tips with every packet to give your seeds the best possible start.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Orders are processed and dispatched from New Zealand.
